  • Non-working or Malfunctioning Elevators
  • Non-working Door Buttons on for Automatic Doors
  • Bicycles or Vehicles Blocking the Use of Ramps or Curb Cuts
  • Inaccessible Pathways
  • Doors are too heavy to swing
