Campus Email

All RPCC student, faculty, and staff email accounts are hosted by Microsoft Office 365.

• Username – [LoLA username]@students.rpcc.edu
• Password – LoLA Password

Student passwords are synced from LoLA and all password changes must be completed through LoLA. Students who are unable to log in using the information provided above, should send an email containing their first name, last name, Student ID number, and a brief description of the issue to [email protected] to open a support ticket. 

Employee passwords for Microsoft 365 cannot be updated or changed from Office 365. Faculty and staff should update their passwords at an RPCC on-campus computer. Faculty and staff who are unable to change their passwords on-campus, should send an email containing their first name, last name, Employee ID number, and a brief description of the issue to [email protected] to open a support ticket.
