Enrollment & Degree Verification

Enrollment Verification

Current students may need to verify their status as full-time/part-time students. Verifications can only be processed after the official census date each academic term. See academic calendar for dates. Current students may obtain an enrollment certificate through National Student Clearinghouse from LoLA:

1. Log on to LoLA
2. Select “Student” from the upper-left menu
3. Locate the “Academic Links” Section
4. Under the “River Parishes Community College” header, select the “Clearinghouse Self-Service” option

Individuals needing a Non-Enrollment Letter, Letter of Completion, External Documents requiring a physical signature (ie, insurance, DCFS, good student discount, etc.) or verification of having never attended should complete this Enrollment Verification Request.

Alumni and former students can visit the National Student Clearinghouse to verify status , certifications, and degrees.

Third party requests The National Student Clearinghouse (NSCH) is our authorized agent for providing all degree and enrollment verifications. NSCH can be contacted directly at:
