Purpose of Grad Fest

It is strongly recommended that all graduating students attend Grad Fest in preparation for commencement. Grad Fest is an opportunity for students to confirm their graduation status, clear any balance, take photos, order cap and gown, and more. For questions about Grad Fest only, please email [email protected].

***The Transfer Fair will be held at the Gonzales campus only!

Process

  1. When you arrive, sign in and grab a passport. Make sure to fill out your passport throughout Grad Fest in order to retrieve your alumni gift, sponsored by Student Government Association.
     
  2. Visit transfer colleges and universities. (Gonzales Campus Only)
     
  3. Stop at each departmental table.
     
  4. Proceed to the library for professional graduation pictures.
     
  5. Complete exit survey.
     
  6. Turn your passport in to receive your alumni gift.

Review and update your diploma name, mailing address, email, and phone number to ensure everything is correct before graduation.

Settle any remaining account balances so there are no delays with graduation or diploma processing.

Arrive camera-ready for professional headshots. You’ll also be able to review photo packages and learn how to place your order.

Pick up honor society cords

Phi Theta Kappa and Sigma Kappa Delta members can pick up their honor cords during the event.

Shield icon

Pick up academic honor cords (eligible students)

Honor cords will be available for Summer 2025 and Fall 2025 completers only.

Spring 2026 completers will receive honor cords after final grades are processed and should not expect pickup at Grad Fest.
