Steel industry training

Steel Industry Training

RPCC is in the process of developing comprehensive steel training program*. Students can begin their steel industry training pathway by completing one of four existing certificate programs offered at RPCC and partner institutions. After pathway certificate completion, students will transition into specialized steel industry training (under development).

Designed to support high-demand careers, the program will create clear, flexible pathways into the workforce while strengthening the regional talent pipeline. With multiple entry points and specialization options, students will be able to tailor their training to align with industry employment opportunities.

*Subject to applicable state and accreditor approval processes.
