The River Parishes Community College Registrar’s Office continues the administrative responsibilities for the student who has been accepted and admitted to the college. The core of this responsibility is the registration of classes, and the maintenance and tracking of the student’s courses and grades in a chronological order leading to the degree.
The Registrar’s Office provides an array of services to students, faculty, administrators, and the public in the areas of managing the student information system, maintenance of the academic calendars, enrollment verifications, degree maintenance, and verification.
The Registrar’s Office is also responsible for the interpretation and enforcement of the College’s academic rules and regulations.
