Employer-led sessions on the workplace skills and professional expectations students need to succeed — scheduled during class time across all campuses.
In-Person Guest Speaking at RPCC
Industry professionals visit RPCC classrooms to share their career journeys, discuss current trends, and give students a direct connection to the workforce.
College-Wide Mock Interviews
Students practice with real B&I professionals using discipline-specific interview questions — hosted each semester on a rotating campus schedule.
Career Fairs
Annual hiring events connecting students with regional employers — held each spring and fall across Gonzales, Reserve, Boutte, Westside, and Donaldsonville campuses.
On-Site Tours of Industry Partner Facilities
Coordinated facility visits give students a first-hand look at the workplaces, equipment, and operations of our regional B&I partners.

Résumé Writing Tips
We'll schedule an appointment for your class to meet in the computer lab and use one of our career platforms to build and refine their résumés — a hands-on session your students can immediately put to use.
Facility Tours
Tours are coordinated with RPCC's Business & Industry Partners so your students can see the workplace environments they're training to enter — turning classroom theory into tangible career context.
