The Dual Enrollment program allows high school students to participate in college courses while still in high school. There are several different payment options for Dual enrollment courses. Your high school counselor can explain these options to you.
Getting Started as a Dual Enrolled Student Guide
Talk to your High School Counselor
Your high school counselor must approve your participation in the RPCC Dual Enrollment Program and is your best resource for course selection.
Complete & Submit a Dual Enrollment Application for Admission
Ask your high school counselor to provide you with the paperwork you will need to complete in order to be admitted and participate in dual enrollment classes at RPCC.
Complete New Student Orientation
New Student Orientation must be completed before you can complete registration for classes taught on RPCC campus. RPCC will contact you to schedule orientation once your application has been received and processed (NOTE: if you are not taking classes on RPCC’s campus, you are not required to attend New Student Orientation)
Complete Assessment Testing
Your high school can provide test scores for Math and English as long as you have taken the ACT.
Register for Classes
For students taking classes on RPCC’s campus, the most current classes scheduled are available online under Schedule of Classes. If you are taking dual enrollment classes at your High School, you will need to speak with your high school counselor for course selection.
