Sexual Misconduct Reporting Form

Use this form to report any possible violations of River Parishes Community College's Sex Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct Policy such as all forms of non-consensual sexual activity and unwelcome sexual conduct including sex discrimination, sexual violence (rape/sexual battery/sexual assault), sexual harassment, relationship violence (domestic violence and dating violence), stalking, harassment or violence based on sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, and other forms of sexually exploitative behavior.

Please note that as mandated by Title IX as a federal law, the information included in this form is not confidential, but will be kept as private as possible in all efforts to protect individuals and the greater College community. The College will have a duty to investigate based on available information.

Completing this report does not substitute for filing a report with the Police.
