Mary Ann Briscoe

Mary Ann Briscoe, M.ED, is the Transfer Counselor. She provides Personal, Academic, Career, and Transfer Advising. Mrs. Briscoe does workshops on FAFSA, Scholarships, (other Financial Aid Info); budgets, (other Financial Literacy) and Career Cruising, etc. She provides many other assistance/services students are in need of. She is willing and provides services constantly during all three semesters. Mrs. Briscoe provides individual and group sessions for TRIO students.

Efrem Marshall

Efrem Marshall is the Education Specialist in TRIO. He is one of the first faces you’ll see upon enrolling in the program. Mr. Marshall has been with River Parishes Community College (RPCC) for nearly four years. His personality, ambition, and passion for academic empowerment has afforded him the opportunity to serve in many roles at RPCC.

Zariah Goff
