Registration Holds / Enrollment Verification

Registration Holds

A hold is an academic or financial obligation on your record. A student will not be allowed to participate in Registration until all prior obligations and/or indebtedness to the College has been cleared. In addition, the college is not able to release the course grades of anyone who has a hold on their record – including official transcript releases.

Enrollment Verification

Students often need to verify their enrollment status (full-time or part-time) for either insurance or employment purposes.

Students needing verification of their enrollment status with the College can complete this Enrollment Verification Form , or pick up a form at the Office of Student Services.  The student must complete the enrollment verification form and submit it to the Office of Student Services or they may supply a standardized third party form for completion.
