Applying For Graduation

Applying For Graduation

Students should apply for graduation according to the schedule below, preferably during the recommended application period. By applying during this recommended period, students can have their remaining degree requirements verified by the Office of Student Services before or during regular registration for the anticipated final semester

*Students who apply after this deadline may miss having their names appear in the commencement ceremony program.

Students who have reviewed all of the above information regarding graduation and who are ready to begin the application process should log into their LoLA Account to complete the graduation application. Log in, click students, student record, then apply for graduation with your intended completion date and program of study.

In addition, you must make a graduation check-out appointment with Student Services.   Please call 225-743-8500 to schedule an appointment.

At the graduation appointment all remaining degree requirements will be discussed  and finalized as well as information regarding the Commencement Ceremony.
