Enrollment and Registration Process
To create your LoLA online account: Apply Now
Click “Sign up” and follow the instructions.
To complete your application, you will need to confirm your email. Check your inbox (and your spam or junk folders). Once you receive the email, you can complete your appliation.
Note: If you are using a phone to register, if there are Action Items or other problems with your application or registration, you can find most solutions here: How to Register
To access an existing online account in Log on Louisiana (LoLA), please follow the steps below:
- Go to LoLa by clicking this link: LoLA
- Select “I don’t know my password” -to access your username and create a password
- Select Verify Information and input your personal information then select Next
- Follow instructions to create a new password then select Next
- Once your password is successfully created, select Return to LoLA
To REGISTER FOR YOUR CLASS, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to LoLA.
2. Click Student in the top ribbon
3. In the Academic Links Block, select Registration
4. Select Register for Classes
5. Select the correct Term and click Continue
6. Click Level and select Non-Credit and click Search (you may need to move to the next page to find your class)
7. Click ADD to select the course for registration
8. Click the Submit button in the Summary Section in the lower right-hand corner of the screen
9. If all of the requirements are met, the status of the course will change from “Pending” to “Registered”
10. You are now registered. The next step is to pay for the course. Follow the steps below to submit your payment.
To PAY FOR YOUR CLASS:
You MUST pay the Non-refundable $100 Administrative Fee and all tuition deposits at registration.
All tuition and fees must be resolved prior to the first day of class.
1. Log in to your LoLA account. If you are still logged in to LoLA go to step 2.
2. From the top of the page, click Student.
3. Select Account Summary under My Account
4. Click Pay Now to make a payment
Once you have completed these steps successfully, you will receive a confirmation email.
