Spring scholarships announced
Gonzales, LA — The River Parishes Community College Foundation announced the awarding of scholarships totaling $42,830 to 44 students for the Spring 2019 semester. Those students represent eight parishes served by the three-campus institution with a main campus in Gonzales.

Director of Advancement Lillie Murphy noted the RPCC faculty and staff alone contributed over $8,000 to the Foundation in 2018.
The student recipients received an average of $950 and are enrolled in nearly every program offered by the college including Practical Nursing, Process Technology, and Instrumentation.
