Please note that the registration procedures outlined below apply only to continuing students (i.e., those students who are enrolled in the semester that is currently in progress).
Continuing students may register for the upcoming semester using any of the methods below. Group advising sessions are designed for those students who need help with course selection. Because of the large number of students requesting advising during the registration period, advisors will meet first with students during group advising sessions. If a student has attended a group advising session and needs additional help with registration is needed, then an advisor will schedule an individual appointments with that student.
Be aware that online and drop-off registration are available only for a part of the registration period. They will cease to be available approximately one week prior to the payment deadline for the upcoming semester. At that time, all students must schedule classes through a group advising session.
If you need help selecting courses for the upcoming schedule, stop by or call Student Services (225-675-8270) in order to register for a group advising session.
