3. The Office of Financial Aid at RPCC will notify you if any additional documents need to be submitted. Once all documents are received, your eligibility will be determined and an award letter will be mailed to you.
4. Return the award letter to the Office of Financial Aid. If this is your first time receiving aid, complete the direct deposit form (link to it) and return it also. Your student account will be credited accordingly and any credit balance will be directly deposited in the account that you have given us.
Financial aid disbursement dates are set for the week prior to classes beginning each semester. If you expect to receive a credit balance, please allow up to 7 business days for the Business Office to process your direct deposit
