New, Re-Entry & Transfer Students:
After submitting an online application, you must mail the following:
- $10 application fee
- Immunization Compliance Form
- Official Copy of College Transcripts (when applicable)
- Official Copy of High School Transcripts (only for students who graduate before 2003). -or- Official Copy of GED Certificate

Cross Enrolled Students:
LTC- Ascension, LTC-River Parishes, Southeastern, Nicholls & SUNO, must complete the cross enrollment application through their home institution. Please do not submit online applications.
Dual Enrolled High School Students:
Must submit applications in person or through their high school counselor. Please do not submit online applications.
